1. About the services

1.1. The website portomykonos.ru, the delivery service, the mobile app and the chatbot of the Friends of the Taverna programme (hereinafter the "services") are provided by LLC FOS (OGRN 1147746448871, INN 7704862588, address: 27 Sushchevskaya St., bldg. 2, Moscow, 127055), hereinafter the "Operator". The services provide information about the Greek taverna Porto Mykonos and make it possible to book a table, order delivery and participate in the Friends of the Taverna programme.

1.2. The website portomykonos.ru may be used without registration. Registration is required to order delivery and to participate in the Friends of the Taverna programme.

2. Prices, requests and orders

2.1. The menu, prices, dish descriptions and the Big Table calculator estimate on the website portomykonos.ru are for information purposes only and do not constitute a public offer. Final prices and contents are those in the taverna's menu on the day of the visit and in the manager's confirmation.

2.2. A request on the website is a request to be contacted. A booking, a Big Table and a certificate are considered arranged after confirmation by a member of the taverna's staff.

2.3. The contents, price, delivery cost and delivery time are shown when placing an order in the delivery service, the app or the chatbot. An order is considered accepted after confirmation by the taverna.

3. The Friends of the Taverna programme

The programme terms (levels, awarding and redeeming points, privileges) are published on the programme page on the website portomykonos.ru and in the app.

4. Materials of the services

4.1. The texts, photographs, videos, drawings and the Porto Mykonos logo belong to the Operator or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

4.2. Materials may be quoted with a link to portomykonos.ru. Any other use requires written permission.

5. Third-party services

The services include a Yandex map and videos (Rutube, VK Video, YouTube). They operate under their own rules, which are published by those services.

6. Personal data

How the Operator processes personal data is set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy: portomykonos.ru/processing_agreement/. Consent to the processing of personal data and consent to receive advertising are given separately, each by its own tick box.

7. Changes and contacts

7.1. The Operator may amend this agreement. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page.

4. Consent to receive advertising

For ReMarked: a separate checkbox, not ticked in advance and not required for registration or ordering.

Checkbox text: "I want to receive news and offers from the taverna".

By ticking the box "I want to receive news and offers from the taverna", I give LLC FOS (OGRN 1147746448871, INN 7704862588, address: 27 Sushchevskaya St., bldg. 2, Moscow, 127055) my consent to receive advertising and informational messages about promotions, new dishes, events and the Friends of the Taverna programme (Part 1, Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising"):

• channels: SMS and messages to the phone number I have provided, emails to the email address I have provided, push notifications in the app, messages in the chatbot;
• for this purpose the Operator uses: name, phone number, email address, push notification identifier; mailings are carried out by ReMarked on behalf of the Operator;
• term: until withdrawal;
• withdrawal: the "Unsubscribe" link in an email, the notification settings in the app, or an email to portomykonos.taverna@yandex.ru. After withdrawal, advertising messages stop; the Friends of the Taverna programme and orders continue to work.
