Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I give this consent when I tick the consent box:

• "I consent to the processing of personal data" in a form on the website portomykonos.ru;
• "I agree to the personal data processing policy" in the table booking window;
• when registering in the Friends of the Taverna programme or when placing a delivery order, in the mobile app, in the chatbot or on the delivery website.

Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I give LLC FOS (OGRN 1147746448871, INN 7704862588, address: 27 Sushchevskaya St., bldg. 2, Moscow, 127055), hereinafter the "Operator", my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes

• to respond to my request or booking and to contact me regarding them;
• to prepare an offer for the Big Table, a table booking or a gift certificate;
• to accept, prepare and deliver my order;
• to register me in the Friends of the Taverna programme, to award and redeem points, to provide privileges and to send me birthday greetings;
• to ensure the operation of the app and the chatbot, including notifications about orders and points;
• to conclude and perform a contract.

2. Data

Data that I provide or that arises while I use the services:

• surname, first name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender;
• delivery address, contents, total and history of orders, payment method;
• member card number, points, level, history of visits;
• date and time of the event or visit, number of guests, occasion, selected calculation parameters, comment, company name;
• device model, operating system, app version, push notification identifier, IP address.

3. Processing actions and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons listed in Clause 4, blocking, deletion, destruction, with or without the use of automation tools. The databases in which my data is recorded and stored are located in Russia.

4. To whom the Operator may transfer data

The Operator may entrust processing, only to the extent necessary for the purposes in Clause 1, to:

• Timeweb: storage of the data of the website portomykonos.ru;
• ReMarked: table booking, delivery service, app, chatbot, Friends of the Taverna programme;
• Mango Office: telephony.

5. Term and withdrawal

5.1. This consent is valid for 3 years from the date of my last request, visit or order, and for the Friends of the Taverna programme, for as long as I participate in the programme and 3 years thereafter; or until consent is withdrawn.

5.2. I may withdraw my consent by writing to portomykonos.taverna@yandex.ru or by post to 27 Sushchevskaya St., bldg. 2, Moscow, 127055. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys my data within 30 days, unless there are other lawful grounds for processing it. Withdrawal means leaving the Friends of the Taverna programme.

6. Cookies

By clicking "Got it" in the cookie notice or by continuing to use the website portomykonos.ru after this notice, I give the Operator my consent to the processing of cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source and actions on the website:

• purposes: visit statistics and call tracking, to understand how guests find the taverna and use the website;
• processing entrusted to: Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica), Mango Office (call tracking);
• term: up to 12 months or until withdrawal;
• withdrawal: delete cookies and block them for portomykonos.ru in the browser settings, or write to portomykonos.taverna@yandex.ru.
